HR Helpdesk Agent cannot see created queues

Implementing HR HelpDesk 23B Redwood for a client and I am having issues being able to see the queues created through HR Queues by an employee with the Next Gen HR Agent role in the Queue Dashboard. I receive a data security warning mentioning the employee won't have the required privileges to see the queue created. I'm struggling to find what the required privilege is.

However, if I create a new queue with the same employee through the quick action HR Help Desk Queues everything works perfectly fine.
