Talent Review notes at meeting-level are not reportable in OTBI?

Workforce Talent Review - Talent Review Meeting Real Time subject area doesn't pull data on meeting-level notes NOT associated to specific employees in review populations

Content (required):

Hi All,

We are currently able to use OTBI to report on notes associated to an individual in the review population using the Workforce Talent Review - Talent Review Meeting Real Time subject area. However, when notes are added to a Talent Review Meeting at a meeting-level; OTBI is unable to pull any information regarding these notes using that same subject area.

Is this normal/expected behavior? It looks like Oracle has the framework set in OTBI to make these Talent Review Notes reportable?
