When I turn on the Benefits Audit Policy for Enrollment Results under Evaluated Life events Name:

Then I go in and change the enrollment via BENESS or Benefits Service Center as a Benefits Admin:

From (prior enrollment to change):

Change election to on 5/30/2023 (election made date):

Audit for Enrollment Results is not showing up:

Has anyone else seen this issue? If so, how have you resolved it? My client wants audit reporting for benefits election changes.
