Setting Access Role to Dashboard

Summary:

I am needing to add access to a Dashboard to a certain role, but the role I want isn't an option in the dropdown.

Content (required):

I have created a dashboard and have been able to get it successfully on the dashboard, but I had to choose a different role since the role I want isn't available. In the video I have from OTBI workshop it looks like I should be able to assign to any role (in video they select Employee). I don't see all the roles (i.e. Employee, Line Manager, Other Custom roles).

I do see others that have been created and wanted to know why I can't see all the roles. Is there something that needs changed to make these available?
