"Our Employee" referral source from the system - Possible to use it in Recruiting screens ?

Hello,

As I understand, the "Our Employee" referral source (ID = REF-12) is a system-created one, and when this Career Section setting is enabled :

Then this source auto-populates for employee referrals.

But despite what it says in the setting description, I cannot even see this source in the Sources config screen :

What we would like to do, if feasible, is to enable the use of this source from the Recruiting / Submission screens (for example when a recruiter has to manually modify the source, so s/he can select the "Our Employee" source) :
