Journeys / Checklist - How to use Days for initiation in conjunction with Delay duration ?
Summary:

Content (required):
Hello,
I'm getting a bit confused about these 2 settings and how to use them together.
My use case :
I add a pending worker on June 1st, with a hiring date on June 15th.
The Onboarding Checklist I have is set to :
- Allocation = When record is effective
- Days for initiation = -10
So this checklist will be active for the pending worker on June 5th, so he can start the pre-onboarding tasks.
For this checklist, let's say I have 2 tasks :
- Read company booklets ==> Delay duration set to 0, so he can do this task from June 5th.
