How to customize purchasing subledger journal entry rule set

Hi everyone,

I created a custom account rule to derive the natural account from the item category on the line. The rule works well at the requisition level. However, when creating a PO line manually, the rule doesn't seem to be functioning. I have looked in the journal entry generated, and the Journal Line rule that is used is
