Can the Business Unit assigned at Employee Level be different from Business Unit in User screen.
Business Unit definition in HR is different from Business Unit definition for Finance. Can the Business Unit at employee level be updated at the User level?
HCM has more granular definition of Business Units and has 18 Business Unit defined as per Line of Business.
Only one Business unit per country for Business Function related to Finance.
EG: HR has defined BU - A, B C and D and assigned these BU to Employees. But there is 1 BU for Finance Function - Say BU 1.
Can the Employee record have a Business Unit (eg: BU A) different from the Business Unit at the User level (BU 1).
