In BI Report we getting dupilcate records as per ui but we need only one record

Summary:

HI Team,

We have exist interview survey status report but we getting dupliacte reocrds nearly 700plus.

due to report takes as per ui but in ui some of employees have showing two or more exit interviews are assigned in ui one is when employee resigned and some of employees have manually assigned by hr but we need one assigned record ?



how can shorted out the issue ?

in report we observed QUEST_ALLOCATION_DATE column taking dupicate records.
