Duplicate Subscription Product via REST

We want to update Shipto Address on Subscription Product via REST. We tried using "Update a subscription product" operation. It did not work.

We came to understand that we might need to amend it first. But there is no operation for duplicate the product line. How can I create a new line with all the data of older line ? Is there a single operation or I need to use multiple operations?

Product has many children objects.
