Default Individual compensation Plan at Employee level
Summary:
Hi,
I am trying to award compensation as default to one of the allowance to all my employees based on eligibility profile, the compensation plan should be default at new hire page also, any idea how we can achieve this.
Ex: Allowance Name = Cost of Living
Amount = 200 (Default) - This I can do at element level
When the employee meets the eligibility, the system should award this compensation plan without any manual addition.
