Link CV in interview feedback instead of downloading

Summary:

Currently, when interviewers are sent an interview feedback questionnaire, they have an option to download the candidate's CV. This is not really GDPR compliant as per our client. Is there a way to link the CV instead or preview it so that interviewers don't have to download it to their PC anymore?
