Quarterly Update Offer Letter and Correspondence Issues 23A1.1

Summary:

After our most recent quarterly update, we have been experiencing multiple issues when trying to extend offer letters and send correspondence.

1. Variables not populating in the correspondence: Since the update we have not been able to send correspondence without issue. After selecting the template the variables do not populate. Sometimes the user can cancel the process and restart and it works and sometime it never works.
2. Offer Letters: As stated above variables do not populate and in some cases we receive the "spinning wheel of death".

I am certain that this is an intermittent issue and is due to both an issues with the system and possibly and issue with our job description text. Ultimately this is all related to the new text editor.
