Unable to open the DM after Unachive

Summary:

We successfully Unarchive Data model but unable to Open the Data Model

Content (required):

We Archive the Data Model from one instance and successfully Unarchive in another instance (Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications 23B (11.13.23.04.0)). When we click on Edit on the Data Model in the new instance getting below error message.
