Next Gen HR Help Desk - Issue while creation
We are facing an issue while creating a service request. We have a User with below roles but still we are not able to create the service request from Quick action "Create Service Request" as well in "My Help".
1) Next Gen Human Resources Helpdesk User
2) Next Gen Human Resources Helpdesk Agent
3) Next Gen Human Resources Helpdesk Administrator
As soon we click from Quick action "Create Service Request" or from "My Help", we have the blank white screen. Attached for reference. It will be great if we get any insight on this,
