VCN Port instance problem

Hi, i have a problem with the instance created, although I have opened TCP ports 80 and 443 if i check these ports via public ip it returns "Port 80 is closed on __IP__", while if i check on port 22 , i get a successful port open.

OS :

Distributor ID: Ubuntu

Description: Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS

Release: 20.04

Codename: focal

I also tried disabling the ubuntu firewall with the command

sudo ufw disable

but nothing keeps giving closed doors.
