Page becomes unresponsive when clicking on Payables > Invoices

When some of our users click Payables> Invoices they receive a page unresponsive message and are unable access the invoice page. This happens intermittently and sometimes our users can't access the invoice page for days.

We have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Multiple browsers Chrome and Edge
  • Clearing cache and opening a new page
  • Uninstalling and re-installing the browser
  • Pulling up Developer tools on the side (this is the workaround that typical works)

However, none of these troubleshooting steps have worked. What else can we do to resolve this issue? Thanks.
