How to Align a sentence to the left in a career site, Splash page - Minimal template

Hi Team,

After the alignment of a sentence in splash page is done towards the left, we are not able to see the changes when we are testing the minimal template. Talent community sign up button has to be filled with color and font has to be white.

Kindly suggest on these two customizations.
