Hi,

We are enabling a custom dimension in TRCS using the below TRCS documentation. We have tried below two options.


Option#1

As a first step, when we click on enable checkbox to enable the custom dimension, it is getting enabled and immediately it again gets disabled before we enter the dimension name.


Option#2

First step - we enabled all the checkboxes required as TRCS features

Second step - before we move to the application creation, we have tried to enable the custom dimension checkbox, however, it is automatically disabled


Can anyone guide with the steps to enable the custom dimension in TRCS.
