Salary basis change during promotion in workforce compensation plan
When client is doing promotion as part of WFC plan task, they having certain employees for whom salary basis will be changed from Hourly salary basis to Annual Salary basis.
Currently in WFC plan for promotion task, there is no provision to change the salary basis if the employee is being promoted. Also, as part of promotion other fields like Exempt/Non-exempt, hourly/salaried are also getting changed. Any help on how to achieve these requirements in WFC plan would be very helpful.
