Allocation Rule and Reservations

Summary:

We have a scenario where we have allocation for a B2B Allocation Node and No allocation For B2C Node. If we submit a B2C Order ideally it should not reserve On-hand but I see that it's reserving on-hand. This ruins the concept of allocation for us.

Is there anyway to prevent this.

Note that we are manually putting warehouse in Order and we are having ATP rule for only Onhand Supply Type and Fulfillment line as demand type.
