Change Expiration Date of Requistion Posting

Summary:

If The Requisition Status is Open - Expired and this Requisition has like 100 Active Applicants... If I go to Make the Requisition status is Open - posted again Or Change the expiration date to be in the future... the 100 Applicants will be removed or not ??
