Content (required): My account has been terminated for no apparent reason since Sunday, all my systems are offline, I have resolved all pending issues with collections from Brazil, I have been an Oracle customer for 1 year, collections from Brazil and the Service request from the USA (support) is awaiting an update of the reactivation sector 4 days ago and I am desperate having to wait for the sector to reactivate my account, since I have always strictly followed Oracle's policies.


I didn't receive any email warning about termination, I just checked because my systems went offline, I accessed OCI to restart and there was the warning
