Landing Page Summary Analytic Incorrect

The landing page analytic of "Average Allocation Amount" (which I've retitled to be Average Merit Amount) is not displaying correctly.  The attached document has screenshots of an example manager's worksheet and analytic to display the issue.  This particular manager only has 1 employee and has a recommended increase of 3%.  Given that, the landing page summary analytic should also show 3%, but shows 0.03%.  I don't see anywhere that allows this to be modified to show the correct calculation, and have put in an SR, but it's been almost 2 weeks so I wanted to ask this group. Has anyone else encountered
