Letters (Reports) Auto-enrolment dates are incorrect

We have a situation whereby the dates in the letters for the auto enrolment are incorrect. Incorrect dates were being generated for a few months when we first went live, however, a change was made fixed the issue. However, it looks like some but not all the entities are back there again and providing incorrect information to the employees. This seems to be happening on a BU level and not across the board
