Complex Work PO Conversion

Hi

We need to migrate POs from other application to cloud, and the PO which needs to be migrated have Retainage amount. We come across into two scenarios:

  1. PO is partially invoiced
  2. PO is fully invoiced and only left with retainage amount.

Could someone please advise what is the best approach to convert the PO with retainage? Due to retainage, if we upload only the open balance then the retainage amount won't be match. Also due to no invoice created previously against this PO in system retainage release invoice also can't be created.
