Can we use sandbox to customise opportunity marketplace landing page?

Summary:

I want to hide the create button on the OM page. When i enter into sandbox (with page composer selected), i am unable to see page composer. There are just two options- sandbox details and leave sandbox.

Is this an issue or is it that this feature will be enabled only after 23B upgrade? Any suggestions?
