Attention: As part of Oracle’s ongoing initiative to reduce maintenance downtime, we are informing you about a temporary change beginning with Fusion Applications Update 23A. 

Seventy-two hours prior to the start of your maintenance window, Fusion Application Implementation and Administrative users will not be able to modify some Oracle predefined setup data.
