I'd like to download the XML data model for comp change letters

I'd like to download this data model XML file :

In order to do so, I have to first generate some data results using a PERSON_STMT_ID :

Where can I find one to populate the field ? I tried creating an OTBI report to pull some data but I don't know what criteria I should be using to find these statement IDs.
