Hello Cloud Customer Community,

I hope this message finds you all well. I am reaching out to discuss an issue regarding the functionality of my Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA). I have encountered a specific challenge that I would appreciate your guidance on.

In order to provide more context, I have attached two screen recording files. One showcases the demo instance, while the other features the test instance of my ODA. Upon reviewing the demo instance, I noticed that its leave application process aligns perfectly with my desired outcome for my own ODA. Thus, I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter and finding a solution to improve my ODA's performance accordingly.
