Parent child PUID link between "SubscriptionCoveredLevelCharge" and "SubscriptionCoveredLBillLine"?

Summary:

While subscription conversion user is facing the below problem,

In subscription Import objects(.csv) files, does not see the parent child PUID link between "SubscriptionCoveredLevelCharge" and "SubscriptionCoveredLBillLine" files.

In ChargePuid in SubscriptionCoveredLevelCharge file,but ChargePuid does not exists in SubscriptionCoveredLBillLine file to link between.

User can see the ChargeId in SubscriptionCoveredLBillLine file?

Does it need to be manually update ChargeId's, after SubscriptionCoveredLevelCharge file got imported or is there any way to avoid manual updation of ChargeId's in SubscriptionCoveredLBillLine file?

User needs confirmation on which is the parent child link between "SubscriptionCoveredLevelCharge" and "SubscriptionCoveredLBillLine"?
