More characters for the Extra info extensible flexfield

Hello Experts,

Our client requested a space where to add some notes for the candidate that would remain visible also in the employee profile. The note needs to never be visible by the candidate and it needs to be always editable by the HRs.

Therefore, the only place where this note box could be configured is the Extra Info section (as shown in the snippet). We have configured it and we can see the section but we are not able to extend the capacity of the note box which right now can only contain 150 characters.

Is there a way to give more character capacity to the box? (Ideally up to 4000 characters)
