How to default flex field of dislay type check box/ list of values

Summary:

I Need to default a flex field value in job requisition creation of display type check box or list of values. The reference value is to set is in a flex field on position information. I need to set this value but I can´t capture the value of this flex field on position.

First I tried to get the value fom flex value on position (of display type checkbox and after list of values) and put into a flex value on requisition (display type textbox and after checkbox and list of values to have the same types on both flexfields)
