Microsoft Integration not working

Hi community,
We need support for Microsoft integration configuration.
We have just configured the Microsoft Integration for a client (see first screenshot attached) but it seems not to work. In fact when we try to schedule an interview we are not able to see if interviewers' calendars are busy or not and we don't even receive Teams calendar (even if Teams we have enabled Teams integration).
We attach a screenshot (see second screenshot attached) of the Microsoft Integration configured for another client. In this case the integration is working. We don't understand why it is working for this client but not for the fist we have mentioned.
