Hi,

I have crated a changes only Extract with the Assignment Historical UE. I have used the Assignment UE as the root block and History UE as next block. Assignment ID & Effective Start Date are marked as 'Key Attributes'. However I am getting a full file when I run the Extract in Changes Mode. 

Any Idea on what is the issue?
