Requires ExternalReportWSSService payload to fetch AR Invoice View Image report

We have to send CSV attachments along with the AR invoice print report to the customer. Print Receivables transactions ESS in Oracle Fusion doesn't support this functionality. So, we need the ExternalReportWSSService payload to fetch the AR Invoice View Image report to build a custom solution.
