Is it possible to know what date the invoice status last changed , using a field other than the LAST_UPDATE_DATE

Content (required):

We want to find when the status of an invoice last changed , other than with the LAST_UPDATE_DATE, as the LAST_UPDATE_DATE could also be if a user actually updates the invoice. We just want to track a status change in the invoice
