Drill down to a specific part of the chart ?

Hi Community,
We noticed that in our reports, when we have a drill to details function enabled (eg headcount by country in this case), it sometimes drills to the whole report (all countries), sometimes it drills down to the country we clicked on to access the drill to details option (eg if we clicked on the Belgium part of the chart > drill to details, it displays only data for Belgium).
Do you know where is located this option ? We would like to be more coherent across reports.
