Hi,

We are currently implementing compensation and have below requirement.

  1. Appraisal cycle based on work anniversary, ex: if employee joined on 15th July 2022, his/her appraisal and salary change should be done on 15th July 2023.
  2. The above is applicable for Bonus plan also.

Can please confirm how we can achieve this? does workforce compensation plan can be used for this?
