Is there a way to automatically apply Competencies from the Job profile to the Talent Profile
Summary:
We would like to have 7 core company led competencies across every job profile.
Is there a way that the competencies built in the Job Profile automatically are applied to the employees Talent Profile, based on the job they are in.
We would also like these to be read only for the team member, and only have manager/HR evaluation.
