Requisition Grouping for Manually created Requisitions.

Summary:

Requisition Grouping.

Right now Requisition Grouping works for Imported PR tagged to BPA (generate and submit orders is enabled) . Later Generate Orders is run and the Grouping works.

Will this functionality work for Manually created PR's which are tagged to BPA (generate and submit orders is enabled)

I know PO are getting created then and there after PR is getting created. But is there a possibility where the PO generation can be done based on Concurrent so that the PR can be grouped during generation.
