What is security privilege needed to access Talent Reviews as a facilitator under My Client Groups?

Hi All,
We have an individual who has access to create a Talent Review and add themselves as a facilitator. However, once the meeting is created, they are unable to access that meeting under My Client Groups / Talent Reviews tile. Does anyone know the security privilege someone would need to access Talent Reviews this way? I believe they currently have the seeded Human Resource Specialist role. It looks like they also have the following seeded privileges:
- Schedule Talent Review Meeting (would access to Talent Reviews through My Client Groups be tied to this privilege?)
