How do I get Box 13 to populate on the W2?

Summary:

Box 13 on our W2s is not showing as checked. We are a government agency with a pension plan. I looked through Oracle documentation and found guidance regarding mapping of W2 information via balance feeds. We've added the element to the balance feeds for the W2 Pension Plan balance. However, the Box 13 is still not showing up. Can someone offer me some guidance regarding populating this field? We send our information to ADP so if another agency currently uses ADP for W2 reporting - any guidance would be appreciated.
