Where do I go to change the value to select workers quickly in Journeys?

In 23B it says we need to change the value of the jrnAssigneeSelectionApplyPersonDataSecurity extensible constant to False to disable the data security of the assignee LoV in the journey. Where do I go to find this to change it to false?
