Journal load error EC12 - what does it mean? I am puzzled...

Hi Guys

I am really puzzled what this error means, please can someone explain to me which journal line scenarios would cause this to happen with an example? I am running the "Import Journals" scheduled task. Thank you!

EC12  The entered amount must equal the accounted amount in a ledger or statistical currency journal line.

This is what I am seeing in the error file:
