Facing issue using the Autocomplete Global Function - Get today's date in custom time zone

Content (required):

We have used Global Function: Get today's date in custom time zone, in the Autocomplete rule from Business Object: Document Record, see attached rule logic from word docx file, to use AEST (GMT+10:00) time zone in rendering date value for the customer in Australia. However, during testing it still not working, please find attached TESTING RESULTS from the consultant who is in AEST region himself.
