1 User for Importing Invoice Image for Multiple Business Units....

Summary:

As per the documentation of "Fusion - Integrated Invoice Imaging Guide" for importing Invoice Images for a specific BU requires the Administrator Profile of DEFAULT_ORG_ID to be set @ User Level for a specific user for 1 Business Unit. As all are aware, it is NOT possible to add a duplicate row for the same User for another BU.

As result of this limitation, in a case where there are multiple Business Units for which Invoice Images are being imported, it is necessary to set this Profile Option with Different Users for Different Business Units.

Considering the above as stated in the Summary, just wanted to know if there is anyway to use the same Application User for importing Invoice Images for multiple Business Units. As a process, Clients find it inconvenient to assign multiple Users for multiple Business Units (especially when shared services center is being operated for multiple BUs).
