Is there any method to cancel or reject Sales order line from order management extension

Hello All,

I am trying to write a groovy script in order management extension to cancel /reject sales order line based on some validation like if the quantity is greater than 10 that particular line will be rejected or canceled.

I am not able to update "CancelledFlag" attribute as that is read only. So, is there any method to cancel the line.
