Summary: Can anyone please explain what does it mean?

Dynamic column- condition is defined as " [New Hire Proration] <= 3" and column result is " [Recent New Hire Bonus] + [Bonus Adjustment Amount]"

what exactly it is checking with this? and how can I test this on dynamic column page?
