Response time using Cash Position Smart View Report

We are experiencing horrible response times with downloading the Smart View report from Cash Position/Cash Management in Oracle Fusion Financials. Is there anyway to improve this ?

Content (required):

When generating a new Cash Position Report, response times are horrible. For example, 17 bank accounts from same bank took over 4 min. The cubes and connections were set up prior to clicking Smart View report. Is there anyway to improve this as we have over 30 bank accounts with various banks.
